Residential Project
Location: Costa de Oro, Guanacaste
Area: 1,050 m² of construction
Year Completed: 2024
ENNTRE Scope:
Landscape, Architecture, Interior Design, and Brand Identity.
An inherited coffee estate, divided among many heirs, needed to be reimagined as a cohesive and viable development. The opportunity lay in transforming this agricultural legacy into a mixed-use project that could bring identity and value to the growing town of Grecia.
Solution
ENNTRE designed a low-density masterplan that integrates retail, housing, and community amenities around a historic feature: the original irrigation canal. The canal became the organizing spine of the project, shaping pedestrian paths, landscaping, and social gathering spaces.
Impact
The result is an accessible, character-rich neighborhood where water, trees, and trails create a strong sense of place. El Canal bridges agricultural heritage and urban living, offering a model of community-oriented development rooted in the landscape.
