RSA and ENNTRE Join Forces
RSA and ENNTRE join forces, bringing together three complementary perspectives across master planning, architecture, and interior design to create one integrated, human-centered approach.
Bringing Three Perspectives Under One Shared Vision
The new collaboration brings together the expertise of Luis, Jessica, and Karla across master planning, architecture, and interior design.
Luis, Jessica, and Karla: three perspectives, one shared vision.
RSA and ENNTRE announce a new design collaboration, bringing together two architecture studios and three complementary perspectives to offer clients an integrated approach from the earliest vision of a project through its built reality. At the heart of the collaboration are Luis, Jessica, and Karla, three design professionals whose different backgrounds and areas of expertise create a shared approach spanning strategy, master planning, architecture, interiors, and project delivery.
The partnership is grounded in a simple idea: the strongest projects emerge when different perspectives are brought together from the beginning. RSA brings a broader perspective, reading the land, identifying opportunity, and helping establish the vision behind a project. ENNTRE brings the human experience into focus, shaping architecture and interiors around how people will live, work, gather, and feel.
Together, they work as one team.
Three Perspectives, One Direction
Luis — Vision
For Luis, every project begins with the land.
Long before becoming a design professional, his time spent on farms in Costa Rica shaped a lasting respect for climate, materiality, and the relationship between a place and the people who inhabit it.
Today, he combines design leadership with construction-smart project management, working with owners, developers, consultants, and investors from early vision and entitlement through construction and closeout.
Within RSA + ENNTRE, Luis brings the strategic perspective: seeing the potential held within a site and helping uncover the opportunities that can shape what a project becomes.
Jessica — Strategy
Jessica brings the human perspective into the equation.
An architect and storyteller with more than 18 years of experience across Latin America and the United States, she approaches design by first understanding people — how they live, work, connect, and experience a place.
Before co-founding ENNTRE, Jessica spent nearly two decades at Gensler, where she became Principal and Managing Director. Her experience across architecture, sustainability, multidisciplinary leadership, and strategy allows her to navigate complexity and identify what truly matters.
Within the collaboration, Jessica connects people, purpose, and design, translating different needs and ambitions into a clear strategy the entire team can move forward with.
Karla — Precision
Karla brings the precision required to carry a shared vision into reality.
With more than 20 years of experience, her career bridges large-scale hospitality and residential projects with a deeply human approach to design. After beginning her career independently, she joined Zürcher Arquitectos in 2006, where she led high-profile projects ranging from Papagayo resorts to Marina Pez Vela.
Her strength lies in translating ideas into spaces that can be built without losing the intention that shaped them.
Within RSA + ENNTRE, Karla brings executive clarity and technical mastery, carrying the vision through every layer of execution while balancing complexity, beauty, and practicality.
From the Land to the Life Within It
Together, these three perspectives allow RSA + ENNTRE to design across scales without fragmenting the project into separate conversations.
The collaboration spans master planning, architecture, and interior design, creating continuity from the first reading of a site to the details people eventually touch and experience every day.
The team begins by asking not only what can be built, but what belongs there.
How will people arrive? Where will they gather? How does the climate shape the architecture? What should the experience feel like? How can the original vision remain coherent as the project moves from strategy to construction?
By approaching those questions together, RSA + ENNTRE creates a single creative process around the client rather than a series of disconnected disciplines.

Two Studios. One Creative Process.
The collaboration does not erase the identity of either studio. It brings their strengths into conversation.
Before ideas become drawings, they are discussed, sketched, questioned, and shaped together. Strategy informs architecture. Architecture responds to human experience. Technical decisions protect the original intention.
For clients, that means one team capable of moving between the scale of the land and the intimacy of everyday life while maintaining a shared direction throughout the project.
It is where RSA’s understanding of possibility meets ENNTRE’s belief that design begins with people.
Two studios. Three points of view. One shared vision.
