NYA
Turning challenges into meaningful places
Communities are not defined only by homes — but by the spaces in between.
At NYA, the transformation began with a simple question:
How can shared spaces become meaningful places?
From the arrival sequence to the clubhouse, the project creates moments of connection, calm, and belonging. Sunlit gathering areas, quiet retreat spaces, and flexible social environments allow residents to move seamlessly between privacy and community.
The renovation introduces warmth, natural materials, and a renewed sense of identity — turning everyday routines into shared experiences and common areas into the heart of the neighborhood.
NYA becomes more than a condominium — it becomes a living community designed for connection.
-
The NYA condominium had functional shared spaces, but they no longer reflected the evolving lifestyle of its residents. The community lacked a cohesive identity, flexible gathering areas, and amenities that supported wellness, connection, and modern living.
The challenge was to reimagine existing spaces without disrupting the community, while creating a unified experience from arrival to clubhouse.

Based on Three Guiding Principles
Connection
New and enhanced social areas create opportunities for residents to gather, relax, and interact. Flexible indoor and outdoor spaces allow for both intimate family use and larger community activities.
Identity
A unified material palette, natural textures, and refined architectural language create a cohesive identity that reflects the NYA lifestyle — contemporary, warm, and community-focused.
Experience
The project enhances the daily journey through the community, from arrival to clubhouse. Wellness spaces, game areas, outdoor terraces, and social lounges create layered experiences that support diverse lifestyles.
-
The renovation transforms NYA into a more vibrant and valuable community:
Stronger sense of community and belonging
Increased usability of shared spaces
Improved lifestyle and daily experience
Elevated aesthetic and architectural identity
Increased property value and long-term investment appeal
The project demonstrates how strategic improvements to common areas can significantly increase condominium value, both socially and financially.
